Standard check in time is between 4pm and 6pm on day
of arrival. Alternative arrival times can be agreed in advance.
Check out time on day of departure is 10am.
It may be possible to cater for specific dietary
needs with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy. No charge will be made if
a booking is cancelled 7 days before arrival date. Where cancellation is
made less than 7 days before arrival we reserve the right to charge for
the first night's stay.
Payment. During your stay payment can be made
via cash or credit/debit cards. Payment by personal cheque needs
to be received by Pansthorne B&B 10 days prior to arrival.
Pets. With prior arrangement, and an
additional charge, we have one guest room available to pet owners.
We request that pets are kept off furniture (beds, chairs etc) and that
pets are not left in the room unattended.
Any card details given to Pansthorne B&B to secure a
booking are managed under PCISS guidelines. Pansthorne B&B is
PCISS compliant.
